Our Ayurvedic meal plans include everything you need to eat the right foods for you for three days. Our meal plans include three recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
You receive a Customized Meal Plan and Shopping list Based on your individual constitution. This is a general plan and list unless you have received an Initial Consultation and assessment.
You will receive 3 meals for the following meal time:s breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.
